Burntwood Tavern in Chagrin Falls is proving to be a real hot spot for diners

When a restaurateur opens a new place, it is always a gamble, and there are many, many obstacles to consider.

Here’s a real success story. Owners Bret Adams, Dave and Fran Miller and managing partner Ian Hopkins opened Burntwood Tavern in Chagrin Falls two years ago, and from opening day, it’s been crowded for both lunch and dinner. The group opened the second Burntwood in Rocky River in 2011. This past June, the third was opened in Solon. By the end of November, the fourth will open in Brecksville.
